Any international order that happens to be seized by customs and we are unable to retrieve is the responsibility of the person or company ordering the product, EricsGoods.com will not reimburse for the cost of the order or shipping.
 
Certain items in our store are not elligible for international shipment.

International Return Policy

Returns for International Orders will only be accepted if the item is defective!  Upon receipt and inspection of the defective item we will issue a full refund.
